Terms of Service

The rules and conditions for using SchemForge.

Last updated: 2026-08-11

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of schemforge.com and the SchemForge Minecraft build-generation service. By creating an account, buying a product, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are under the age of legal majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must authorize your use. You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials, and tell us promptly if your account may have been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.

The service

SchemForge converts text instructions and selected settings into a block-based Minecraft Java Edition model, an interactive preview, and supported export files such as .schem and .mcfunction. Available formats, block palettes, size limits, generation times, and Minecraft-version support may change as the product develops.

AI-assisted output is probabilistic. We validate files and supported block identifiers, but we do not promise that every build will match a prompt perfectly, be aesthetically pleasing, fit every mod or server configuration, or require no in-game editing. You should preview and back up your world before importing a file.

Free use, paid access, and fair use

Registered users may receive one free generation per day. The reset time and availability are shown in the product. Paid passes and plans provide unlimited interactive generations and exports during the access period shown at checkout, subject to the fair-use safeguards below. Priority and file-retention periods may differ by product.

"Unlimited" access, where offered, is subject to reasonable technical rate limits and fair use. Automated bulk generation, account sharing, resale of access, or activity that degrades the service for others is not permitted.

Payments, renewal, and cancellation

Prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms, and included usage are displayed before checkout. A 48-hour pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel from account settings; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise.

Payments are handled by a third-party processor. Failed or reversed payments may suspend paid access. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy, and mandatory consumer rights always apply.

Your prompts and generated builds

You retain rights you already have in prompts and materials you submit. As between you and SchemForge, you may use, edit, share, and commercially use generated build files, subject to applicable law, third-party rights, these Terms, and the Minecraft Usage Guidelines.

You grant SchemForge a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transform your inputs and outputs only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. Private builds are not published without your action or clear permission. Because outputs are generated from common building concepts, similar results may be generated for different users, and exclusivity is not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You must not use SchemForge to violate law or third-party rights; upload malware or harmful content; bypass usage limits, payment controls, or security; probe or disrupt the service; scrape or automate access without permission; impersonate another person; generate content intended to facilitate harm; or claim that SchemForge, Mojang, or Microsoft endorses your project.

We may remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties. Where practical, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

Minecraft and third-party services

SchemForge is independent and is not an official Minecraft product. It is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft names and assets belong to their respective owners. Your use of Minecraft, WorldEdit, mods, servers, and other third-party services remains subject to their terms.

Availability and termination

We work to keep SchemForge available but may change, pause, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons. You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud, chargebacks, security risk, or legal requirement.

Before deleting an account, download files you want to keep. Deletion may make stored builds and exports unavailable and does not remove records we must retain by law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, SchemForge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties not expressly stated here. We are not responsible for world corruption, server incompatibility, lost builds, lost profits, or indirect or consequential loss. Back up Minecraft worlds before importing generated files.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to SchemForge during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised version and date here, and provide additional notice when a material change requires it. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.

Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@schemforge.com.
