Refund Policy

We want purchases to be clear before you pay. This policy explains refunds and cancellations for SchemForge. It does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.

48-hour Forge Pass

The $0.99 48-hour pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew. You may request a refund within seven days of purchase if the paid allowance has not been used and no paid export has been downloaded.

After paid generation capacity has been used or a paid file has been downloaded, the pass is generally non-refundable because the digital service has been delivered. We will still investigate duplicate charges, technical failures that prevented access, and cases where applicable law requires a refund.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

The Creator plan is offered at $9.99 per month or $59.94 per year. The yearly price represents a 50% saving compared with paying the monthly price for 12 months. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You can cancel from account settings at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access normally continues until the end of the current paid period. Cancelling does not automatically refund the current period.

We will review a refund request made within seven days of an initial subscription purchase or renewal when there has been little or no paid usage. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and service failures will always be investigated. Refunds outside these circumstances are discretionary unless required by law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@schemforge.com with:

• the email address on your SchemForge account;
• the order or transaction identifier;
• the product and purchase date; and
• a short explanation of the issue.

Do not send full card numbers or banking credentials. We may ask for reasonable information to verify the account and transaction.

Processing time

We aim to review complete requests within five business days. If approved, we submit the refund to the original payment method. Your payment provider or bank may take another 5–10 business days to display it. Currency conversion and bank fees are controlled by those providers.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. A chargeback may temporarily suspend paid access while the payment provider investigates it. This does not affect your right to dispute an unauthorized or incorrect charge.
