Privacy Policy

How SchemForge collects, uses, stores, and protects your information.

Last updated: 2026-08-11

This Privacy Policy explains how SchemForge ("SchemForge", "we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use schemforge.com and our Minecraft build-generation service.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to operate and improve SchemForge:

  • Account data: your name, email address, profile image, authentication provider, and account identifiers.
  • Build data: prompts, selected build settings, generated voxel data, schematic metadata, preview information, and the files you choose to save or export.
  • Usage and technical data: pages and features used, generation and download events, approximate location derived from IP address, browser, device, operating system, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Payment data: product, order, subscription, payment status, and billing identifiers. Card and bank details are handled by our payment processor; SchemForge does not store your full card number.
  • Communications: messages and information you send when requesting support or exercising a legal right.

How we use information

We use this information to authenticate users; generate, preview, store, and export Minecraft builds; apply free daily usage and paid access periods; process purchases and subscriptions; prevent fraud and abuse; provide support; diagnose errors; improve performance and build quality; and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information or use private prompts and builds to advertise to other users. Builds are private by default and appear publicly only when a public-gallery feature clearly asks for your permission.

Service providers and disclosure

We use service providers to run SchemForge, including Turso for application data, Cloudflare R2 for object storage, authentication and email providers, AI model providers, hosting and monitoring providers, and payment processors. They may process information only to provide their services to us and under their own privacy terms.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to investigate fraud or security incidents, to protect users and our rights, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We will not disclose more information than reasonably necessary.

Cookies and local storage

SchemForge uses essential cookies and similar storage for sign-in sessions, security, language, and interface preferences. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if enabled, are subject to applicable consent requirements. Blocking essential cookies may prevent account features from working.

Storage, security, and retention

Application records are stored in Turso. Generated files and previews may be stored in Cloudflare R2. We use access controls, encrypted network connections, and other reasonable safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

We retain account and billing records while your account is active and as needed for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, and dispute purposes. Generated files may be deleted according to the retention period shown in the product. Deleted data can remain temporarily in backups before being removed through normal backup rotation.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of your personal information. You may update profile information, cancel a subscription, or request account deletion from your account area. You can also contact us. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required, we use recognized contractual or legal safeguards for these transfers.

Children

SchemForge is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it. A child should use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal data without appropriate consent.

Minecraft disclaimer

SchemForge is an independent service. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Minecraft names and assets remain the property of their respective owners.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as SchemForge changes. We will post the revised version here and update the date above; material changes may also be communicated in the service.

Privacy questions and requests can be sent to hello@schemforge.com. Include the email address connected to your account so we can locate and verify the request.
